On June 28, 2026, the Metro Manila Family Church held its Sunday Family Service, attended by 120 Blessed Family members onsite and hundreds of participants online. The service featured the concluding Sunday message of Rev. John Rhodbert Gregorio, Head Pastor of Metro Manila Family Church and Secretary General of FFWPU Philippines, before embarking on his new mission. His message, entitled "A Legacy of Love and Faith: Find Your Meek and Humble Self Where God Can Dwell," encouraged members to cultivate humility, deepen their faith, and leave a lasting legacy centered on God's love and True Parents' tradition.
The service became a meaningful occasion as members expressed their heartfelt appreciation for Rev. John's six years of faithful leadership in Metro Manila. His dedication, guidance, and unwavering commitment to the Blessed Families were gratefully acknowledged, and members offered their prayers and best wishes as he begins his new public mission.
During the service, Rev. Leo Angelo Halog, Regional Director of FFWPU Philippines, delivered special greetings, expressing gratitude for Rev. John's remarkable service and encouraging all Blessed Families to continue supporting the new leadership of the Metro Manila Family Church with unity and confidence. Dr. Julius Malicdem also shared an important message, providing an update on the current situation of the Japan Church and emphasizing the importance of offering sincere prayers for True Mother. He urged everyone to unite as one family centered on True Mother during this significant time in Heaven's providence.
